Embrace boring.

Sewers and finding certainty in uncertain times.

Time is anxious and days are uncertain. Change can be abrupt, gradual, emotional. Many long for the days when things were boring. Known. Routine. Expected.

Utilities are boring. At least that’s been how they’re often seen, if they’re really seen at all: Reliable, dependable, always there, easy to take for granted.

Flip a switch, lights on. Turn a tap, water flows. Flush a toilet, water’s gone.

When utilities are working, you don’t even think about them. They’re just there.

And we’re OK being boring.

Boring requires smart investment. But we know for many people stressful times make paying utility bills a secondary priority, which is why we are always working to ease that burden so bills can get paid and sewer service can get back to being boring for everyone.

Embrace boring where you can find it.

Embrace the mundane monotony of uninterrupted utility service. Embrace the certainty of toilets flushing and sinks draining and streets emptying after a storm. Embrace the routine of crews on the road, making repairs, clearing drains, improving systems.

The work we do is exciting, challenging, and worth it. We understand that underground utilities are not often seen that way, especially in stressful times when we see so much happening around us faster than we can process.

But you can always know that we are working to serve you so well that you can come to trust us, know us, and depend on us. Any day. Every day.

Here’s to certainty in uncertain times.
