NEORSD proud at Pride in the CLE

At the Sewer District, we are proud 365 days per year.

Sewer District staff, family, and friends celebrate at Cleveland’s annual LGBTQ+ Pride Month kickoff event.

We’re proud of the work we do on behalf of human health and the environment; proud of our inclusive workplace; proud of the fact that our people know they are welcome to bring their whole selves to work.

All of those things are worth celebrating every single day, so when we get an opportunity to do so together — out in the sunshine and with thousands of other celebrating humans all around us — we don’t hesitate.

We enjoy ourselves and we enjoy being together. (And, yes, we get a bit silly from time to time.)

Because, at the end of the day, people being exactly who they are — celebrating all of our human similarities and differences, and choosing to live openly and in joy — is what life is (or should be) all about.

(Oh, and once again, all together now: Flush hate, not wipes!)
